* Customers are responsible for verifying product dimensions, specifications, and installation requirements before purchase

* Product images are for reference only; slight color variations due to display differences do not constitute defects

* In case of pricing or specification errors, we reserve the right to correct or cancel the order prior to shipment without additional liability

 

 

3. Liability & Force Majeure

 

* Delays caused by shipping carriers, extreme weather, warehouse congestion, or other events beyond our control do not constitute a breach of contract

* We will provide timely updates but are not liable for indirect losses or delay-related claims

* Such situations do not qualify for unjustified chargebacks or excessive compensation claims

 

 

4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy (Strict Enforcement)

 

* Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issue through our official support channels

* Any chargeback initiated without prior communication or valid grounds will be considered unjustified or potentially fraudulent

* We reserve the right to submit:

    * Transaction records

    * Delivery confirmation and signature proof

    * Communication history

        to payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) for full dispute defense

* We also reserve the right to recover associated costs and restrict future transactions

 

5. Governing Law

 

These Terms apply to transactions conducted within the United States and are governed by applicable U.S. federal and state laws.

* Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
